VEDH (Vocational Education Direction and Harmony) started as career guidance initiative. It has now expanded and grown from career conference to career perspective conference. Stalwarts from various sectors with significant work and achievements through knowledge, experience and practice gather and guide the youth here. They come from various fields spanning science, arts, performing arts, sports, social work etc. The youth & parents get a good perspective on not just the educational details of the career paths but the challenges, opportunities and how to prepare themselves for the career choices in different fields through the experiences shared by these people.
VEDH conference now takes place at Thane, Ahmednagar, Aurangabad, Nasik, Pune, Latur, Parbhani, Kalyan, Kolhapur and Pen once a year. Pune center conducts various programs once every quarter.
Each VEDH is built around a particular theme and relies on the principle of vicarious learning. VEDH is documented in crisp DVD format by AVAHAN team of IPH.
This is a flagship event of IPH running successfully for more than two decades. VEDH is a career perspective conference which IPH started organizing way back in 1991
